In the last 3 months, I bought 2 Longines watches from Watches-Swiss.com. The owner, Marc, was in touch with me directly both times and answered all my queries. Each time, the watch arrived brand new and in perfect condition, complete with the official box and papers. I snagged a discount of around 27% off the MSRP for both pieces. These were hot, newly released models, and no Longines Authorized Dealer would let them go for less than MSRP. Plus, I couldn't find them on any of those 'gray market' sites like Joma shop. Honestly, I couldn't find a better deal anywhere else for these watches. After placing an order, you usually have to wait a few weeks for Marc to track down the watch and ship it to you. In both instances, my watches showed up about 3 or 4 weeks after I placed my order. Marc kept me updated promptly throughout the whole process. I ended up saving several hundred bucks by going through him. Marc, keep doing your thing!

I ain't usually one to pen reviews, but this business really deserves a shout-out. Marc, the owner, is a real gem to deal with. They've got an awesome range, fantastic prices, top-notch customer service, and speedy delivery. I've snagged several luxury timepieces from him and I'm definitely looking to grab more down the line.

I recently got my Longines Spirit timepiece that I ordered from the Watches-Swiss site. True to their word, the watch was obtained from an official Longines dealer and included the warranty card properly filled out by them. The price was fantastic, and the watch looks stunning. Marc put in a lot of effort to secure the watch for me, and I wouldn't think twice about purchasing another watch from Marc and Watches-Swiss.

I have nothing but good things to say about Marc R and Mark Time Corporation/Watches-Swiss.com. He seems like the type of person who will go above and beyond to make his customers happy. If you ask him for a specific model, he’ll probably do everything he can to track it down. Sure, it might take a lot of hard work on his part and some serious patience on yours, but you can trust that Mark will do his best to make it happen and wrap up the deal quickly.

Now, he’s got his limits. He’s not in the business of making watches; he’s in the business of building connections. First, he works with suppliers to get access to the goods, and then he focuses on his customers to meet their needs and desires.

Some of his prices are hard to beat, while others might not be; but I’d wager that in a lot of cases, if you’re reasonable and flexible, he’ll work with you to find a price that suits both parties, especially if you’ve done your homework before making a purchase.

When it comes to reviewing a seller or a product (or any kind of interaction), it really boils down to the character of the person, their work ethic, and how well they understand business: no matter what they’re selling. Some people are fair, while others are not. I genuinely think Mark is a trustworthy, decent, and diligent businessman. Here’s a note I sent him after I made a recent buy.

Marc was great, open about everything, and got the watches sent out through FedEx with 2-day delivery from NY to AZ. He even checked in afterward to make sure all was good. Really happy with both the product and his service!

I've ordered three watches from watches-swiss.com and plan to keep using them for my future purchases. Their prices are way lower than MSRP, and unlike other grey market sellers (like jomashop), they actually provide the full manufacturer warranty. They don’t keep an inventory; instead, they get the watch once a customer places an order. This might lead to a slight wait, but they’re upfront about how long it’ll take based on their experience with each manufacturer. Given the price savings, the wait (which has only been a few days for me) is totally worth it. I also found Marc, the owner, super easy to work with. He replies to emails in a flash, keeps you updated throughout the process, and really goes the extra mile to get the watches to you quickly and affordably. I highly recommend them.

I got myself a limited edition Ball Engineer Master II timepiece from Watches-Swiss.com. After doing a lot of digging, I found their prices to be the most competitive. Marc was great with keeping me in the loop and gave me updates throughout the whole process. The watch showed up sooner than I thought it would. It's just right - exactly what was promised. Heads up - They won't accept returns. The watch I got as a present ended up being too large. It’s never been worn, yet all I’m offered is store credit. Really let down.

I can’t say enough good things about Marc from Mark Time. He’s super professional, really nice, and quick to respond via email for any questions, whether it’s about shipping or orders.
I snagged a fantastic watch as a gift, which was out of stock on the Shinola site, but luckily watches-swiss.com had it available. Plus, I got it at a lower price than retail!
The watch made its way to Italy right on time, and Marc was super helpful in explaining how customs work since this was my first time ordering internationally.
It arrived in a large box cushioned with air bags—seriously, one of the best packagings I’ve ever seen! Inside the watch box, there were additional cushions to keep the watch secure. Totally courier-proof.
